Return, Refund & Warranty Policy


Dissatisfied with your purchase?

If you feel unhappy with your purchase, Tekcoplus lets you return the item within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the purchase date as long as it complies to all conditions below.

Refund and Credit

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit the amount to your account. Please allow 5-7 days for it to appear on your account.


For items sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.


All returned items must be in good and clean condition with all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned to us for non-quality issues.

Buyers will shoulder the return costs when returning an item for exchange. In turn, Starmeter Instruments Co.,Ltd. will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) to be replaced. 

If you received an item with a missing part(s), please contact our customer service to inform what item or part is missing from your order. We will send you the missing item or part immediately.

If your item is lost during delivery, please contact our customer service to inform us. We will then check it with our courier. Once we have the confirmation that your item is lost during transit, we will resend your item immediately or offer a full refund.

If we shipped you a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you may opt to:

Exchange it for replacement; or Return it for a full refund.


Please read and comply to all conditions below. If any or all conditions are not met, Starmeter Instruments. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

  1. Make sure to fill out and include an RMA Form
  2. Items should have a valid, readable serial number (if any), including but not limited to items with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
  3. Any items returned must be with their original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other accessories originally included with the items
  4. Items must be in good condition, it must not exhibit physical damages or dirt

Returns must be done within 30 days after the purchased item has been received (unless specified) for replacement or full/partial refund depending on what is agreeable to both parties.


  1. Fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and submit for our review. Once we have authorized your return request via e-mail, then proceed to step 2.
  2. Pack your item(s) inside a shipping box. Please write Order ID # on a piece of paper and include it inside the box. (Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package.)
  3. Ship your item(s) to a warehouse near you.(We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges is the buyer's responsibility. Starmeter Instruments. will bear the shipping cost of the replacement. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.)

Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be processed right away.


Replacement Warranty

Returns must be done within THIRTY (30) DAYS after receiving the purchased item (unless specified) for replacement or full/partial refund, depending on what is agreeable to both parties.

Service Warranty

All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. The warranty is conditional and the owner is responsible for correct operation and regular maintenance.

The warranty will not extend to consumables, accessories, cable, compact disk and/or any written document bundled with the item.
